(This estimate is based on the typical process for writing a standard business, finance, tech, AI, or health book. If your book requires extensive research, hard-to-source citations, reviewing specific documents or video/audio files you provide, or is centered around your proprietary technology that requires in-depth learning and study time, the timeline may differ accordingly.)
Week 1 – Initial Consultation & Book Ideation

During our 1-hour meeting, I’ll ask questions about your career, brand, expertise, and industry.
Within 3 days, I’ll send you 10 book topic ideas.
Your task: Choose your favorite (takes ~10 minutes).
Your time: 1 hour
Week 2 – Outline Development
Within 10 days, I’ll send you a detailed, clear, and logically structured book outline for approval.
Your time: 30 minutes to review and request changes (if any).
Week 3 – Voice & Sample Selection
Within 3 days, I’ll send you 6 sample pages written in different voices and styles that best suit your topic, personality, and audience.
Your time: 10–30 minutes to choose your preferred voice and tone.
Week 4-8 – Chapter Writing & Review
The first chapter will be delivered within 5 days for your feedback.
